Anyone of any fitness level can become a CrossFitter!
Our intensive, 12-session BootCamp program instructs you and a small group of other beginning CrossFitters in the CrossFit basics 3 times a week for 4 weeks.

The best way to fully understand what CrossFit Hilton Head is all about is to come in and experience it for yourself! We offer a FREE class every Saturday morning at 8:30am. We see, on average, between 10 and 20 new drop-ins weekly at CFHH during the summer. PLEASE LET US KNOW YOU ARE COMING and what class times you are planning on attending so that we may make room for you as best we can.
